These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bdtk3 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of the bdtk3 website accessible at bdtk3.im and any associated services, games, features, and promotions made available through it.

bdtk3 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform designed to serve players in Bangladesh. The platform offers, among other products, casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other disciplines), slot games, and promotional offers.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other party who accesses or uses bdtk3 in any way. Access to and use of bdtk3 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdtk3 strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification may be required at any point, including at registration, at first withdrawal, and at any subsequent time deemed necessary by bdtk3.

• You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion scheme maintained by bdtk3 or any recognized problem gambling support organization.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

bdtk3 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or where supporting documentation is not provided within a reasonable period.

To access the full range of features on bdtk3, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on bdtk3. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdtk3 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses credited to them.
• Accurate information: All information provided at registration, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details, must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bdtk3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account verification (KYC): bdtk3 may require you to submit identity verification documents, including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used, as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.
• Notification of unauthorized access: If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify bdtk3 customer support immediately at [email protected].

bdtk3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account tier.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdtk3 balance within minutes of the wallet transaction confirming.
• bdtk3 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bdtk3 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be approved where KYC verification has been completed and the account is in good standing.
• bdtk3 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

bdtk3 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Time limits: All bonuses and free spin winnings must be wagered within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the applicable period will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly permit the stacking of offers.

• Modification and cancellation: bdtk3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on bdtk3 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sports market in question. By placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge and accept the applicable rules. The following general provisions apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bdtk3 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly provided for under the applicable game or sports betting rules (e.g., match postponement or abandonment).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• bdtk3 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in pricing, including but not limited to odds displayed at a level that is clearly erroneous relative to the true market price.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a game or bet, bdtk3 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly, which may include voiding the relevant round or reinstating account balances to their pre-game position.
• For live casino games, the dealer's or game presenter's actions and the recorded results at the time of the stream shall be the definitive record of the outcome. Disputes arising from connection issues on the player's side will be assessed on the basis of the server-side game record.
• Cricket and other sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for domestic Bangladesh cricket, FIFA for football).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdtk3. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to the relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected:

• Registering more than one player account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pricing or game mechanics for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using bdtk3 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider after those funds have been used to place bets or claim bonuses on bdtk3.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdtk3 staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any part of bdtk3's systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorization.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from bdtk3 in any form without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform.
• Use bdtk3's trademarks, brand name, logos, or any other proprietary material for any commercial purpose without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror the platform or any part of its content on any other website or digital property.

Any unauthorised use of the intellectual property of bdtk3 may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bdtk3.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Platform downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions — including those caused by third-party providers, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data by third parties as a result of your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Decisions made on the basis of information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform that prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors or delays.
• Any losses incurred as a consequence of your reliance on advice or recommendations provided through the platform's editorial or informational content.

bdtk3's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bdtk3 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdtk3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bdtk3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• bdtk3 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• bdtk3 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage of your relationship with bdtk3.

Upon account closure, bdtk3 will return any verified remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to bdtk3 and subject to any applicable legal holds. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

bdtk3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Where a change to the Terms is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a user — bdtk3 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users in advance of the change taking effect, which may include a notification displayed upon login or a message sent to the email address or phone number registered to your account.

Your continued use of the bdtk3 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting customer support.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bdtk3 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and bdtk3 relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days of the dispute being raised in writing to bdtk3, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bdtk3 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
